Amidst the cacophony of busy family life, how do you make the time to recharge, refocus, and find yourself?

We’ve all heard it a million times, “You can’t serve from an empty vessel,” but what we don’t hear very often is how to love, nurture, and take care of ourselves. This is the focus of Reflect. Rejuvenate. Retreat.

This is your chance to carve out the time to rest and reflect. To come together with other women, just like you, to focus on self love, healthy food, and the skills to execute both in your daily life. These are the tools you need to hang on to yourself no matter what is happening in your wild, family/work life.

7:00am-8:30am: (extra sleep, go for a morning walk)

9:30am-11:30am: Tame Your Inner Critic with Caitlin

Ditching the Diet/The Secret Language of Cravings
Health Coach Laura J, author of “F#@k Skinny: How I Quit Dieting & Found My Health,” will kick-off the afternoons with workshops that will give you the confidence to ditch the diet and make food choices based on health, energy, and vitality, rather than the false promises of the weight loss industry. You will build your understanding of the core concepts of nutrition, learn to listen to and break-down the language of your cravings, and get the tools to escape the trap of yo-yo dieting once and for all.

Cooking Is Not Rocket Science
Chef 
Danielle brings her Cooking Is Not Rocket Science sensibility to the kitchen to teach you cooking confidence. Learn about grocery shopping without stress, how to prep produce without anxiety, and how to season a dish without a second thought. You’ll walk away with the basic skills that lead to kitchen confidence, which ultimately leads to greater enjoyment, exploration, and well-being.

Tame Your Inner Critic/Power Up Your Presence
 Caitlin Green will guide you through the key mistakes that make your inner critic go wild and how to tame it.  Through mindfulness, reflection, and guided exercises, you’ll come away with more knowlege and skills to help trasform your self-talk (and as a result help transform your life).  At Power Up Your Presence, you’ll learn skills to manage stress, connect with your best self, and bring her out in any challenge you face.
