As a woman, you do it all. You are the ultimate manager. Whether it’s for your family, your career, or your friends, when something needs doing, you’re on it. But what about when it comes to yourself? How, amidst the cacophony of busy family life, do you make the time to recharge, refocus, and find yourself?
For one day, let Vivacious Life take over the show. This is your chance to carve out the time to rest and reflect. To come together with the women in your community in the comfort of your own home. This is a day for you and your girlfriends to focus on self love, healthy food, and the skills to execute both in your daily lives. These are the tools you need to hang on to yourselves no matter what is happening in your wild, family/work lives.
